Our Policies and Procedures

Here are my current policies and procedures.
Arrangements are customized to each individual.

Home or Hall
 
We are able to come to your home or hall and prepare everything on-site. I can also prepare everything at my facilities and transport the food to your event.

All parties and events require a $100.00 non-refundable security deposit.  This deposit secures your reservation date. The deposit will be credited toward your total billing at the end of your event. The deposit can be in the form of  a personal check or cash.  Once booked, cancellation must be made no less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the event to receive a full refund of your deposit.  If cancellatin occurs less than thirty (30) days prior to your event, the deposit will not be refunded.  Two weeks prior to your event, I will need a final head count and 50% deposit of that final head count figure.
 
I can do family style or buffett style. I can serve your people at the table. Whatever your desire.
 
I want what you want. We will discuss all of these things during our consultation either by phone, e-mail, or in person.

All dinners have a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 15% service charge added to the final total.
